If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lewis Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors The Sage And Sand Motel LLC is a tremendous location to spend a night or two. You clearly have to adore Lewis Lake. Camping is available at Mirror Lake Campground, and Libby Flats is a great place here at Lewis Lake. Lewis Lake gets very little rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month.

| | is so wonderful. Do stop by Bellamy Lake near Lewis Lake, it's a pretty lake, and camping at Lewis Lake Campground is always a good experience. Lewis Lake is near Snowy Range Pass which is unquestionably worth checking out, and there's great hiking along the Medicine Bow Trail. Browns Peak is uncomplicated to spot from Lewis Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Circle Trail.

coming to the Medicine Bow Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Platte River, and don't leave Lewis Lake without
first going for a hike along the Lakes Trail. That right there is heaps of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Medicine Bow Mountains has it all. Cutthoat Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and Snowy Range is a very popular
ski area close at hand.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Lewis Lake; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's while Lewis Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's.
