If you like swamps, you're in luck, Poston Meadows is right close by, and going for a hike along the Highline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Any time is a great time at Legion Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Nearby lakes? Sure, Francis Lake is close to Legion Lake, and hiking along the       Francis Lake Tail is perfect fun. There's some flowing water close by, Dads Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Boundary Creek Trail. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Wind River Range, too fine to be true. If you need a site to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a good choice; you're in all probability hooked on lakes, Boulter Lake is one of those close by.
