Go to Laurel Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Gros Ventre River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby; there are plenty of people from Jackson here. High temperatures at Laurel Lake during the summer are in the 70's, and the night is a tad cooler of course, ordinarily in the 40's. | | problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ditch Creek. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Laurel Lake has to offer, you can camp at Jenny Lake Campground. while August is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Cascade Canyon is close to Laurel Lake and is beyond doubt a wonderful site to stop by; if you need a place to stay Snake River Lodge And Spa is a great choice.
Ice Point is an exciting thing to spot if you're here at Laurel Lake, and you can hit the slopes at Jackson Hole nearby. Be careful coming to Laurel Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Hidden Falls is always fun to
check out. There's so much to do here at Laurel Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Signal Mountain Campground is a good site for that. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Laurel Lake. A visit to Grand
Teton National Park is worthwhile, and don't leave Laurel Lake without first going for a hike along the Hidden Falls Horse Trail. Rockchuck Peak is painless to spot from Laurel Lake, and while you're here, you could also go to picturesque
Arrowhead Pool. Go for a hike on the Paintbrush Canyon Trail; after a long day outdoors Split Creek Ranch is a great place to spend a night or two.
