Man, is there a heap of enjoyable things to do in the Bighorn Mountains. Take a hike on the Mistymoon Trail; camping is available at Circle Park Campground. Lakes are good; Firehole Lakes is a lake that's close to Lame Deer Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Sourdough Campground is a great location to camp. It is very dry here at Lame Deer Lake commonly; during the month of April you get the most snow around       here, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Powder River - North Fork is a great whitewater spot in the vicinity of Lame Deer Lake; Pass Creek is close to Lame Deer Lake and is always a delight to have a look at. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great world it would be. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Buffalo is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and the Angeline                  Trail offers hiking at its best. So many exciting things to do here in the Bighorn Mountains, too good to be true. The Bighorn Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
