For the period of the summer months at Lake Owen highs are usually in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Owen. This place, Lake Owen, it definitely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. The Pache Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Lake Owen; Hidden       Valley Picnic - Medicine Bow National Forest is a great campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Lake Owen Dam if you're here at Lake Owen; swing by North Fork Squirrel Creek it's a good location to pop by. Lake Owen is a location that is reasonably arid ordinarily; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do in the Medicine                  Bow Mountains. There is a glorious hiking trail close to Lake Owen called the Mendenhall Trail, and a striking lake like Lake Owen is a great place to go to. Near Lake Owen you come across the Circle Trail which is a good hiking trail, and the skiing at Snowy Range is wonderful. You completely have to adore the Medicine Bow Mountains. Paddling on Laramie River is so much fun, and you can distinguish Iron Mountain from Lake Owen. Lake Owen is located in the Medicine Bow Mountains. At Lake Owen you always meet someone from Laramie, and Lake Owen Campground is a great local campground.
