This lake is so wonderful. Mirror Lake Campground is a tremendous local campground, and there are plenty of people from Laramie here at Keystone Reservoir. Through the months of summer highs here at Keystone Reservoir get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Keystone Reservoir. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy       the Medicine Bow Mountains. Near Keystone Reservoir you come across the Circle Trail which is a great hiking trail, and if you need a place to stay The Sage And Sand Motel LLC is a pleasant choice. But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. There's always Keystone Dam to visit in the neighborhood of Keystone Reservoir, and the Lakes Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Lakes are great; South Twin Lake is a lake that's right                  next door to Keystone Reservoir, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Snowy Range. Keystone Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Keystone Reservoir gets very little rain; all through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is tremendous here at Keystone Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Medicine Bow Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Keystone Reservoir. Not far from Keystone Reservoir, you'll find North Twin Lake which is a scenic lake, and North Platte River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by.
