And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do right next door to Kemmerer Reservoir. A visit to Fossil Butte National Monument is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Downtown Motel is a glorious location to get some rest, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Lake Viva Naughton Dam. At Kemmerer Reservoir throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime       lows drop down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Kemmerer Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Kemmerer Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Riverside RV and Trailer Park is a tremendous place for that, and it's a great idea to stop by Camp Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Kemmerer Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Lake Viva-naughton Marina, and dry                  warm beds await you at Fossil Butte Motel. On a wonderful day at Kemmerer Reservoir you can take a hike along the Pine Creek Trail, and since you're here, you could also go to charming Kemmer Number 1 Reservoir.
