The beauty of Junction Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes Baldy Creek, and going for a hike on the Little Half Moon Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Wind River Range is excellent! There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Pole Creek, obviously you could also check out Barnes Lake while you're here; it's not far

You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Wind River Range has to offer. After a long day outdoors Baymont Inn & Suites Pinedale is a nice site to spend a night or two, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Sweeney Creek Trail. There's whitewater on Boulder Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and if you came to camp Boulder Lake Campground is a splendid place to do that. If only every site had this | |

much outdoors cool stuff, what a great world it would be. There's so much to do here at Junction Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Boulder Campground is a great site for that, and the Timico Lake Trail is a nice hiking
trail close by.
Junction Lake is located in the Wind River Range. Junction Lake is pretty arid frequently; May is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures
at Junction Lake during the warm months are in the 70's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, mostly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Junction Lake during the wintertime frequently
plunge into the-10's.
A great close by hotel is Best Western Pinedale Inn, and if you've had enough of Junction Lake, Suicide Lake is close by.
