You're probably into lakes, Mud Lake is one of those nearby, and going for a hike on the Whiskey Mountain Trail is always a brilliant adventure. After a long day outdoors Best Western Pinedale Inn is a tremendous place to spend a night or two; camping is available at Circle Up Camper Court Shop. This lake is so wonderful. Whiskey Basin is a delightful place any time of year,       and get soaked paddling on Wind River. Throughout the summertime months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Lake Julia. Summer night lows descend down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Julia. This lake is so wonderful. This is a fine neighborhood for people who like lakes. Torrey Lake is a lake close at hand, and close by you come across the C M Trail which is a fine hiking trail. Around                  Lake Julia you don’t get a lot of precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Wind River Range. There is a splendid hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lake Julia called the Ross Lake Trail, and a good close by hotel is Super 8 Dubois. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Lake Julia. Drift down the rapids of Wind River - East Fork in a kayak; Antelope Hills Golf Course is a pleasant golf course nearby. Torrey Creek flows through this region, and a wonderful site to camp here at Lake Julia is Longhorn RV & Motel.
