This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Wind River Range is so good! Lakes are good; Duck Lake is a lake that's close to Jim Lake, and camping at Big Sandy Campground is always a great experience. Around Jim Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during May, and February is the month with the least moisture.       A perfect close by hotel is Best Western Pinedale Inn, and the Boundary Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Jessie Lake, and camping is available at Scab Creek Campground. Jim Lake is right by the Wheeler Ranch Trail; do take a hike on the Jim Lake Trail. Jim Lake is located in the Wind River Range.
