This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Rainbow Motel Hot Springs State Park, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Wind River. Thermopolis Super 8 Motel is a perfect place to get some rest, and lakes are such calm spots, why not pop by Buffalo Lake. Going for a hike on the Johnson Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and a magnificent place to camp here at Jergens Lake is Latch String Campground.       Summer at Jergens Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's; the night is slightly chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows at Jergens Lake during the wintertime generally drop into the 0's. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff next to Jergens Lake. Camping is available at Fountain Of Youth RV Park. This lake is one of the great places here in the Owl Creek Mountains. Jergens Lake gets very                  little rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. Having a splendid time in the Owl Creek Mountains is uncomplicated.
