Jeff Lake gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is bountiful here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Deep Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and close by you find the Circle Trail which is a fine hiking trail. Summertime highs       at Jeff Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Jeff Lake tend to be in the 10's. The Medicine Bow Mountains scenery is always beautiful. While you're here at Jeff Lake, you could also stop at pretty Mutt Lake; there are tremendous places to look at along the Medicine Bow Trail. Going for a hike on the Lakes Trail is always a great adventure, and get yourself into a kayak and hit North Platte River. This lake is so wonderful.
