Jeep Lake is ordinarily a rather arid place; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Man, is there plenty of amusing things to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Why not camp at Lewis Lake Campground while you're here at Jeep Lake; if you've had enough of Jeep Lake, Round Lake is close by. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do       near Jeep Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Medicine Bow Trail, and an out of the ordinary thing to stop at near Jeep Lake is Little Brooklyn Lake Dam. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Jeep Lake; Lakes Trail is a perfect local trail, and Upper Nash Fork Campground is a perfect local campground. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors The Sage And Sand Motel LLC is a fine place to spend a night or two, and there's great hiking                  along the Circle Trail. High temperatures at Jeep Lake all through the summertime are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Jeep Lake. You're most likely addicted to lakes, Hourglass Lake is one of those nearby, and Browns Peak can be distinguished from Jeep Lake. Jeep Lake is located in the Medicine Bow Mountains.
