If you like lakes and you're in this part of Wyoming you can check out Howard Lake. The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Wind River Range is excellent! Going for a hike on the Europe Canyon Trail is always a delightful adventure. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are really abundant here at Howard Lake. After a long day outdoors Best Western Pinedale Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night

| | or two, and get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Bull Lake Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Howard Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Scab Creek Campground is a good place for that; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Halls Creek. You could also go to Divide Lake if you're here at Howard Lake; it's close by; the Firehole Trail is a delightful hiking trail close by. At Howard Lake all through the | |

warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Howard Lake.
Now, you
may imagine that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Wind River Range. You can run the rapids of Boulder Creek in the neighborhood of Howard Lake, and nearby you stumble on the Lake Isabella Trail which is a
magnificent hiking trail. It is very dried out here at Howard Lake frequently; the wettest month of the year is typically May, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture. A nice view of beautiful
Halls Butte is available from Howard Lake; if you came to camp Boulder Campground is a good location to do that.
