Highland Park Lakes is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is located in the wonderful Bighorn Mountains. Stay the night at Cross Creek Campground, and the Solitude Trail is a good hiking trail close by. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun stuff to do in the Bighorn Mountains. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Bard Lake, and nearby you stumble on the Penrose Park Trail which is a good

Highland Park Lakes is a brilliant location to camp, Highland Park Campground is a brilliant location, and get dripping wet paddling on Tensleep Creek. High temperatures at Highland Park Lakes through the summertime months are in the 60's while nighttime lows are generally in the 30's. For the period of the winter the highs are generally in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Highland Park Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Antelope | |

Highland Park Lakes is usually a reasonably dried out spot; April is the wettest month with most snow, and
February meanwhile is the driest month. If only every spot had this much outdoors cool things, what a great earth it would be.
