If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Beartooth Loop National Recreation Trail. And that's not all there is to do here in the Absaroka Range. Stay the night at Long Lake Campground, and the Lewis and Clark Trail is a delightful hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day       to explore everything Hauser Lake has to offer, you can camp at Island Lake Campground, and a glorious close by hotel is Yodeler Motel. Hauser Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. Clarks Fork Yellowstone River is a brilliant whitewater spot close to Hauser Lake; you're almost certainly interested in lakes, Solar Lake is one of those nearby. So many amusing things in the Absaroka Range, just extraordinary. What would winter be without some skiing at Red                  Lodge Mountain; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Beauty Lake Trail. You truly must love Hauser Lake. You have to undeniably dedicate some time to Sawtooth Meadows while you're here at Hauser Lake, and if you've had enough of Hauser Lake, Fort Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. From a rain point of view Hauser Lake is a reasonably common location; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture. All through the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Hauser Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 30's.
