A lake close by is Russell Lake, and do take a hike on the Arlington Pack Trail. Stay the night at Lake Owen Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Laramie River. This lake is so wonderful. Fairfield Inn & Suites Laramie is a glorious site to get       some rest, and Lake Hattie is not the only location nearby, Hardigan Lake is a nearby lake. Since you're here at Lake Hattie why not take a look at Chokecherry Gulch, and unsurprisingly Chokecherry Creek is a charming stream that is worth visiting. Lake Hattie is a location that is rather dehydrated regularly; July is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. For the duration                  of the warm months at Lake Hattie temperatures are frequently in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Hattie temperatures drop to the 10's.
