Take a little trip to Meadow Creek if you're here at Hardys Reservoir, and you must positively stop at The Holy City while you're here. The top of Squaw Teat Butte is easily spotted from Hardys Reservoir, and going for a hike on the Rock Creek Trail is always a good adventure. This lake is so wonderful. On a splendid day at Hardys Reservoir you can take a hike along the Wind River       Trail, and a lovely lake like Lake Creek Reservoir is a wonderful location to go to. Around Hardys Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls during May; the driest month of the year is February. Having a good time at Hardys Reservoir is painless. Why not camp at Brown Mountain Campground if you're here at Hardys Reservoir, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Gooseberry Trail.
