A pleasant nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - Sheridan. Good hiking       is available along the Roosevelt Trail, and if you're here, you could also check out beautiful J and H Ranch Number 1 Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hanff Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Foothills Motel and Campground is a pleasant location for that, and Barker Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could check out. Summertime highs at Hanff Reservoir typically tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight                  hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Hanff Reservoir.
