Through the summer months here at Grover Reservoir, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Grover Reservoir are in the 0's. During your journey to Grover Reservoir you'll meet some folks from Gillette for sure; there are other places here       than Grover Reservoir, for example Rawhide Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Green Tree's Crazy woman Camp; nearby Grover Draw is a magnificent spot to go. Grover Reservoir is a fine place to visit for more than one day, High Plains Campground is a fine place to camp nearby, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Tower West Lodge is a good choice. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Don't leave Grover Reservoir without                  first paying a visit to Grant Spring, and naturally North Fork Hay Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth stopping at. At Grover Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; the month with most of the rain is June while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
