You could also stop at Calvin Lake since you're here at Graves Lake; it's close by, and dry warm beds await you at The Passage Resort at Big Horn. All through the days of summer at Graves Lake highs are commonly in the 60's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Graves       Lake are in the 0's. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more cool things to do in the Bighorn Mountains. Nearby lakes? Sure, Bruce Mountain Lake is close to Graves Lake, and a day on the slopes of Antelope Butte is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Shell Creek, and Graves Creek is near Graves Lake and is always a bliss to check out. If only every spot had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great earth it                  would be. Head up to Big Horn Ski and strap some skis to your feet, and why not camp at West Woodrock Campground while you're here at Graves Lake. Graves Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bighorn Mountains. Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Bighorn Mountains. Whitewater paddling is great on Tongue River, and don't leave Graves Lake without first going for a hike along the Adelaide Trail. There are nice sites to look at along the Wolf Creek Trail; if you need a location to stay Wingate by Wyndham Sheridan WY is a great choice. A tremendous place to camp here at Graves Lake is East Woodrock Campground; delightful hiking is available along the Roosevelt Trail.
