Not much precipitation falls here at Granite Springs Reservoir; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. Granite Springs Reservoir is wonderful enough to spend more than a day       at, Yellow Pine Campground is a wonderful local campground, and going for a hike along the Brady Rock Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side spree to South Fork Middle Crow Creek, and hiking along the Buford Trail is brilliant fun. This lake is one of the great places here in the Laramie Mountains. And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do near Granite Springs Reservoir. For                  the duration of the summer months at Granite Springs Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's while Granite Springs Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's.
