Granite Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Granite Lake you can take a hike along the Union Pass Trail; Sawmill is a magnificent place to get some rest. These mountains rock, just look at all the exciting things to do in the Wind River Range. Granite Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range.

| | get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Granite Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Rawhide Ranch is a wonderful place to camp; why not camp at Circle Up Camper Court Shop if you're here at Granite Lake. A good close by hotel is The Sawmill Lodge, and a great site for whitewater paddling is Green River.

absorb the natural beauty of this region; in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wind River. At Granite Lake throughout the summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips
down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows at Granite Lake through the winter regularly sink into the 10's. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Hiking along the Moon Lake Trail is nice fun, and you're probably into lakes, Deep Lake is one of those close by.
