The Black Hills scenery is always beautiful. During the summertime months highs here at Gose Reservoir get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Gose Reservoir. Be careful coming to the Black Hills, you might not ever wanna return home again. Visiting Devils Tower National       Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; you're most likely hooked on lakes, Miller Creek Reservoir is one of those nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Gose Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain View Campground is a great place for that, and going for a hike on the Simmons Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Since you're here at Gose Reservoir why not stop by Bear Den Canyon; there                  are good places to discover along the Rauth Trail. Not much precipitation falls here at Gose Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Inn At Sundance is a glorious location to spend a night or two, and if you came to camp Devil's Tower Fort is a fine place to do that. Yeah, come up here to the Black Hills for a good time. Don't leave Gose Reservoir without first paying a visit to Corral Spring, and you can go for a hike on the Lanning Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the neighborhood of Gose Reservoir.
