Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pinedale Inn; a nice site for whitewater paddling is Wind River. Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Goose Lake. There's so much to do here at Goose Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Longhorn RV & Motel is a splendid site for that, and naturally, A trip to Horse Draw       is always fun. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Goose Lake. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with temperatures at Goose Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Tepee Creek Trail, and you can run the rapids of Wind River - East Fork. At Goose Lake you don’t see much rain; throughout the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February.
