Glimpse Lake

In mid-to-late June, if you catch the ice just coming off... fat brookies are STARVING here. Loads of fun and a nice hike in. Best to spend the night - a decent walk out after fishing the day away... Says Steve H

White Pine is a good ski mountain, everybody loves it. 70% of the slopes are easy and appropriate for little ones and learners. The rest of the 126 acres of skiing land, 30%, consists of difficult slopes. 17 feet of snow fall every year on the
25 slopes of White Pine. This close by ski mountain has a drop from top to bottom of 1,100 feet and has 3 lifts. Visit Miller Creek since you're here at Glimpse Lake, and BEST WESTERN Pinedale Inn is a delightful place to get some rest.
