Glimpse Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wind River Range. Man, is there plenty of entertaining things to do in the Wind River Range. There is a nice hiking trail in close proximity to Glimpse Lake called the Trapper Lake Stock Trail, and since you're here, you could also visit pretty Little Trapper Lake. Yeah, come here to Glimpse Lake for a good time. Whitewater paddling is fine on Boulder Creek, and if you came to camp       Trails End Campground is a brilliant place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Bridger Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth checking out, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pinedale Inn. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Glimpse Lake. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Glimpse Lake dipping down into the 10's through                  winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. It is very waterless here at Glimpse Lake frequently; June is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February. Near Glimpse Lake you stumble on the Pine Creek Canyon Trail which is a good hiking trail, and do stop by Prospector Lake, it's a pretty lake. You absolutely should go for the Wind River Range. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pole Creek, and if you need a spot to stay Baymont Inn & Suites Pinedale is a magnificent choice.
