Nearby Adams Pass is a good place to go if you're at Funnel Lake; Sand Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Near Funnel Lake you find the Smith Lake Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and if you get bored of Funnel Lake you could also have a look at nearby Squaw Lake. Man, is there plenty of fun stuff to do in the Wind River Range. There are pleasant places       to discover along the Ice Lakes Trail, and if you need a location to stay Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge is a great choice. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Funnel Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Funnel Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. This lake is                  so wonderful. Middle Popo Agie River is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Funnel Lake. So many exciting things to do here in the Wind River Range, too wonderful to be true. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bull Lake Creek; a great place to camp here at Funnel Lake is Dickinson Creek Campground. At Funnel Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May, and December meanwhile is the driest month. Everybody loves Hobbs Park, and going for a hike on the High Meadow Trail is always a brilliant adventure. But wait, there's more to do close to Funnel Lake.
