    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Full Moon Lake. Be careful coming to Full Moon Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Don't leave Full Moon Lake without first going for a hike along the Firehole Trail, and Full Moon Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Scab Creek Campground is a good spot to camp nearby. If you come at the right time of year, Boulder Creek offers some pleasant whitewater, and you can go for a hike on  
   the Lake Isabella Trail. At Full Moon Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. During the winter the highs are regularly in the 20's while Full Moon Lake overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bull Lake Creek; why not take a little visit to Halls Creek while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than
 
               a day to look at everything Full Moon Lake has to offer, you can camp at Boulder Campground, and obviously, this is a perfect vicinity for folks who like lakes, Divide Lake is a lake in close proximity. Full Moon Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range.
These mountains rock, just look at all the fun stuff to do in the Wind River Range. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a glorious location to get some rest. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. The summit of Halls Butte can be distinguished from Full Moon Lake; fine hiking is available along the Dream Lake Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Full Moon Lake; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month.
