Going for a hike on the Dutch Joe Larsen Creek Trail is always a good adventure, naturally you could also stop at Deep Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. All through the long summer days highs here at Frozen Lakes get into the 70's, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, typically in the 40's. The winter brings       highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Frozen Lakes are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Near Frozen Lakes you discover the Little Sandy Trail which is a great hiking trail, and East Temple Peak is easy to spot from Frozen Lakes. Camping at Big Sandy Campground is always a good experience, and a lake nearby is Temple Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Wind River Range for a great time. Go for a hike on the Crows Nest Trail, and camping                  is available at Dickinson Creek Campground. Frozen Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range. What a spot this is for outdoors people.
