High temperatures at Frost Reservoir throughout the summer months are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Frost Reservoir. Hanging Rock Campground is a perfect campground here, and float down the rapids of Greybull River in a kayak. You definitely should have       a thing about Frost Reservoir. Why not check out close by Big Creek if you're here at Frost Reservoir; there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Table Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Shoshone River - North Fork is so much fun; dry warm beds await you at Trail Shop & Inn. Frost Reservoir is a perfect place to camp, Hitching Post Campgrounds is a perfect place, and going for a hike on the Ishawooa Trail is always a splendid adventure.                  So much amusing stuff to do here in the Absaroka Range, too splendid to be true. Frost Dam is wonderful and it's near Frost Reservoir, and Green Creek Inn & Rv Park is a good location to get some rest. It is very dried out here at Frost Reservoir generally; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily May, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is January. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. All year is a good time in the Absaroka Range if you love the outdoors.
