Clear Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and lots of folks from Sheridan come here. So many amusing things right next door to Frog Pond, truly astonishing. There's so much to do here at Frog Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Buffalo Koa Kampgrounds is a nice location for that. Frog Pond is right by the Bozeman Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Motel 6. This lake is       so wonderful. Coyote Draw is in the neighborhood of Frog Pond and is a good site, and if you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Buffalo is a perfect choice. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Frog Pond. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Frog Pond. At Frog Pond you don’t see much rain; May is when you get the most rain here while February is commonly the                  driest month.
