    It's always fun to stop by Fort Lake. Long Lake Campground is a pleasant local campground, and dry warm beds await you at Yodeler Motel. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Absaroka Range. Hiking along the Beartooth Loop National Recreation Trail is tremendous fun, and a nice place for whitewater paddling is Clarks Fork Yellowstone River. Summertime highs at Fort Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in  
   the 30's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Fort Lake.
Lakes are wonderful; Hauser Lake is a lake that's near Fort Lake; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Beauty Lake Trail. Any time is a brilliant time at Fort Lake if you fancy the outdoors. Get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and Sawtooth Meadows is a lovely
 
               site any time of year. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is abundant here in the Absaroka Range. Not far from Fort Lake, you'll discover Rainbow Lake which is a stunning lake; the skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is nice.
From a rainfall point of view Fort Lake is a rather common location; the month with most of the rain is June; October meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Fort Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Island Lake Campground is a fine place to camp nearby, and going for a hike along the Lewis and Clark Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
