This lake is so wonderful. Visit Coney Creek while you're here at Lake Fontanalis, and Lake Fontanalis is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Lakes Campground is a pleasant local campground. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Lake Fontanalis. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 30's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and overnight       lows at Lake Fontanalis through the wintertime usually descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Paintrock Creek; Big Horn Ski has nice slopes and a friendly staff. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Bighorn Mountains. Paddling on Tongue River is so much fun, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Fontanalis; Game Creek Trail is a brilliant local trail. Do explore Duck Pond close to Lake Fontanalis, it's a beautiful lake; the Wolf Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
