That right there is a lot of fun things already but it goes on, the Bighorn Mountains has it all. If you need a place to stay Sheridan-Days Inn is a splendid choice. A glorious place to camp here at Flatiron Lake is Circle Park Campground, and you can take a little spree to Cloud Peak Dam since you're here at Flatiron Lake. Flatiron Lake is a location that is reasonably dried out generally; during the month of April you       get the most snow around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Looking for some flowing water? Try Elk Creek, and Flatiron Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Highland Park Campground is a good local campground. So much amusing stuff close to Flatiron Lake, just impressive. There are great sites to look at along the Penrose Park Trail, and paddling on Tensleep Creek is so much fun. This lake is located in the                  wonderful Bighorn Mountains. During the summertime at Flatiron Lake temperatures are mostly in the 60's, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Flatiron Lake. Be careful coming to the Bighorn Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Near Flatiron Lake you stumble on the Solitude Trail which is a fine hiking trail; not far from Flatiron Lake you'll come across Cloud Peak Reservoir which is a charming lake. This lake is so wonderful.
