It's always fun to stop by Flat Lake. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a great place to get some rest, and not far from Flat Lake you'll discover Union Lake which is a charming lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. Just can't get enough of Flat Lake. Lakes? Sure, Marion Lake is around here, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boulder Creek.

| | months highs here at Flat Lake get into the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs during the winter are generally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Flat Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Green River is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Flat Lake, and do take a hike on the Moon Lake Trail. A fine nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - Dubois, and Rawhide Ranch is a pleasant local campground.

enough of the Wind River Range. Flat Lake is right by the Union Pass Trail. Around Flat Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. And that's not all you
can do here in the Wind River Range. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Highline Trail, and Flat Lake is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Triangle C Ranch Snowmobile is a delightful location to camp nearby.
