A picturesque lake like Five Springs Number 2 Reservoir near Five Springs Number 1 Reservoir is a nice place to stop at, and a journey to Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Burnt Trail; why not camp at Five Springs Campground while you're here at Five Springs Number 1 Reservoir. Greybull Koa Kampground

Just a short distance east on Highway 14 to Shell Falls, is a waterfall that cascades over 3 billion-year-old granite at some 3,600 gallons per second. Scenic views of the Big Horn Mountains are world-class, and walking trails allow for breathtaking views of the falls and the canyon. Colorful, eerie rock formations are exposed in Devil's Kitchen, located five miles from Greybull. The formations are part of the Cloverly Formation, a 125 million to 11 million year-old sequence of colorful sediments, containing important dinosaur remains. A walking or hiking tour will reveal fascinating and picturesque 'Badland' spires and weathered hills. Be sure to stop at the Medicine Lodge State Archeological Site, located about 40 miles from Greybull, it features petroglyphs and pictographs on cliff walls. Don't miss the Red Gulch Dinosaur Tracksite. This site is a record of the original Jurassic Park and features three-toed dinosaur tracks across a rock bed.
