Going for a hike along the Fayette Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; glide down the rapids of Boulder Creek in a kayak. High temperatures at Fayette Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Fayette Lake. So       much fun stuff in the Wind River Range, just unbelievable. Upper Half Moon Campground is a great local campground, and lakes are such serene locations, why not stop by Little Half Moon Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Wind River Range. Little Brown Point is a great place to visit while in the vicinity, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pinedale Inn. Around Fayette Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the month of May is the wettest                  with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Pole Creek; there are other places here than Fayette Lake, for example Grouse Lake. This lake is so wonderful. And that's not all you can do here in the Wind River Range. Hiking along the Little Half Moon Trail is brilliant fun, and if you need a location to stay Hampton Inn Suites Pinedale is a great choice.
