Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is bountiful here in the Wind River Range. Going for a hike along the Purdy Basin Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and Farney Lakes is good enough to spend more than a day at, Granite Creek Campground is a good local campground. A fine spot to camp here at Farney Lakes is Crystal Creek Campground, and Heart Six Dude Ranch is a       delightful place to get some rest. Farney Lakes is typically a pretty dried up site; during January this area sees the most snow, and the driest month is July. Farney Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Wind River Range.
