Ernest Lake is frequently a relatively arid place; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow; July is when it's the driest. Camping at Cave Falls Campground is always a splendid experience, and Bergman Reservoir is a glorious lake close by. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. A splendid nearby hotel is       Teton Mountain View Lodge, and glide down the rapids of Bitch Creek in a kayak. All through the summer months at Ernest Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Ernest Lake. There's some flowing water close by, Coyote Creek is a stream you can stop by during your stay, and if you need a                  location to stay Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a nice choice. Gotta ski! Grand Targhee is a wonderful place to do that, and a magnificent place to camp here at Ernest Lake is Teton Mountain View Lodge and RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Ernest Lake you can take a hike along the North Bitch Creek Trail, and the wonderful people of Jackson like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is magnificent here at Ernest Lake, you can go for a hike along the Poacher Trail. Lakes?
