If you are in Big Horn county it's always a good idea to stop by Lake Elsa. Around Lake Elsa you don’t get a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most snow while February is ordinarily the driest month. Stay the night at Lake Geneva Campground; whitewater paddling is glorious on Paintrock Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Elsa is one of the lakes here in the Bighorn Mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Elsa has to offer, you can camp at Coffeen Park Campground; while you're here you can take a hike along the Cliff Lake Trail.
