Lake Elsa is located in the Bighorn Mountains. That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Lake Elsa has it all. Big Horn Ski has perfect slopes and a friendly staff, and going for a hike on the Cliff Lake Trail is always a splendid adventure. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Bighorn Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lake Elsa without       first going for a hike along the Edelman Trail, and Lake Elsa is not the only spot close by, Lake Eunice is a close by lake. Lake Elsa is regularly a quite dehydrated location; the wettest month of the year is regularly April, that's the one that snows the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. There are good locations to look at along the Mistymoon Trail, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater                  paddling on Paintrock Creek. Stay the night at Lake Geneva Campground, and if you've had enough of Lake Elsa, Rainbow Lake is nearby. For the period of the summer highs here at Lake Elsa reach the 60's, and the night is a little chillier of course, mostly in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows through the winter for Lake Elsa tend to be in the 0's. All year is a magnificent time in the Bighorn Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors.
