There are some great whitewater spots on Shoshone River - South Fork; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pinedale Inn. Eloise Lake gets very little precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is commonly the driest month. Eloise Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. Put some time aside to spend at Twilight Falls since you're here at Eloise Lake. There's some flowing water close by,       Twilight Creek is a stream you can pop by while here; there are other spots here than Eloise Lake, for example Burnt Timber Lake. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Parque Creek Trail, and Double Cabin Campground is a glorious local campground. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is plentiful here in the Absaroka Range. While you're here at Eloise Lake you can take a hike along the Burroughs Creek Trail,                  and there's whitewater on Wind River for all you adrenaline junkies. Take a hike on the Twilight Creek Trail, and Five Pockets is a nice spot to check out. Through the summertime at Eloise Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Eloise Lake plunge into the 10's. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Absaroka Range. Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a brilliant campground nearby; Super 8 Dubois is a perfect place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
