Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here in the Laramie Mountains. Lots of folks from Laramie come to Ella Reservoir. Ella Reservoir gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and January is when it's the driest. And if that's not enough there's heaps more entertaining stuff to do in the Laramie Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort       Inn Laramie; why not stop at Ella Reservoir Dam while you're here. Summertime highs at Ella Reservoir frequently tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Ella Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Ella Reservoir is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Riverside Kampground is a perfect local campground, and there's some flowing water close by, Snow                  Creek is a stream you can take a look at during your stay. A good location to camp here at Ella Reservoir is Laramie Koa Kampground, and you can run the rapids of Bluegrass Creek. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are in fact plentiful here at Ella Reservoir. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Ella Reservoir; Ridge Camp Trail is a tremendous local trail, and there's whitewater on Laramie River for all you adrenaline people. This lake is one of the great places here in the Laramie Mountains.
