The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Elbow Lake. Go for a hike on the Seneca Lake Trail, and lakes are such serene places, why not go to Upper Jean Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Suites Pinedale. Be careful coming to Elbow Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. A perfect       site to camp here at Elbow Lake is Upper Fremont Lake Campground, and there are other spots here than Elbow Lake, for example Miner Lake. Elbow Lake gets very little rain; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Wind River Range. Best Western Pinedale Inn is a good place to get some rest, and the top of Bow Mountain is easily seen from Elbow Lake. Elbow                  Lake is located in the Wind River Range. All year is a perfect time in the Wind River Range if you love the outdoors. Going for a hike on the Shannon Pass Trail is always a glorious adventure; a tremendous site to take a look at is Cube Rock Pass. Don't leave Elbow Lake without first going for a hike along the Titcomb Basin Trail; Boulder Creek is a nice whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
