What a nice lake Echo Lake is. At Echo Lake through the summertime months highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; night lows through the winter for Echo Lake tend to be in the 0's. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Echo Lake; June is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Absaroka Range, not enough time. Take

| | a hike on the Beauty Lake Trail; Becker Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. This lake is so wonderful. On a lovely day you get a panorama of Lonesome Mountain from Echo Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. Hiking along the Clay Butte Trail is perfect fun; if you need a place to stay Yodeler Motel is a pleasant choice. have a look at, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Red Lodge Mountain while you're here. Just can't get enough of Echo Lake. Top Of The World Campground is a nice campground nearby; Beartooth Plateau is a brilliant place.
