    Duncan Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Jennings Gulch is a great spot to discover. There's so much to do here at Duncan Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Peter D's RV Park is a great place for that. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Duncan Reservoir; Stockwell Trail is a wonderful local trail, and Duncan Dam is a scenic place. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Comfort  
   Inn Sheridan is a great place to get some rest, and you can run the rapids of Clear Creek.
Why not take a refreshing hike along the Penrose Park Trail; it's a nice idea to take a look at Johnson Creek. During the warmest time of the year highs here at Duncan Reservoir reach the 80's, and the overnight is rather colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's while Duncan Reservoir night low temperatures during
 
               the wintertime are in the 0's. A pleasant location for whitewater paddling next to Duncan Reservoir is Clear Creek; at Duncan Reservoir you always meet someone from Sheridan.
This lake is so wonderful. A swamp like Larison Swale near Duncan Reservoir has lots of interesting things to see, and pleasant hiking is available along the Story Penrose Trail. Duncan Reservoir gets very little rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is February.
If you came to camp Cabin Creek Trailer Campground - Bighorn National Forest is a glorious place to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Sheridan-Days Inn.
