Any time is a delightful time at Duck Lake if you like the outdoors. Take a side visit to Big Thumb Creek, and you must visit Bluff Point when you're here. Duck Lake is a location that is rather dried out regularly; most of the rain falls through June, and February on the other hand is the driest. Hiking along the South Entrance Trail is brilliant fun It's always delightful to take a look       at Big Cone Spring. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the De Lacy Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; a pleasant visit to Potts Hot Spring Basin is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Take a hike on the Riddle Lake Trail; Colter Bay Village is a magnificent place to get some rest. For the duration of the months of summer at Duck Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures                  are in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Duck Lake descend into the 0's. Paddling on Snake River is so much fun.
