In Wyoming there are many beautiful lakes, Dry Lake is one of them. For the period of the warm months at Dry Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Dry Lake. Dry Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wind River Range. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is bountiful here in the Wind River Range. Get soaked paddling on Ditch Creek, and needless to say, all our national parks are perfect places to explore and Grand Teton National Park is no exception. you need a location to stay Togwotee Mountain Lodge is a fine choice. There's so much to do here at Dry Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Colter Bay Village RV Park is a glorious spot for that.
Go for a hike on the
Two Ocean Lake Trail; getting to Coal Creek from Dry Lake is easy. Dry Lake gets very little rain; January is the wettest month with most snow while July is usually the driest month. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Good hiking is available along the Hermitage Point Trail.
