Dry Lake is located in the Wind River Range. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Dry Lake highs are generally in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Dry Lake descend into the 0's. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Dry Lake rules! Dry       Lake is a site with many visitors from Riverton, and Derby Spring is always fun to check out. Dry Lake is mostly a reasonably waterless location; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is January. All year is a delightful time in the Wind River Range if you love the outdoors. Best Western Inn At Lander is a nice spot to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Dry Lake that you need to camp here for a while,                  K Bar Ranch is a nice place for that. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Wind River Range. Middle Popo Agie River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Wolf Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge, and going for a hike along the Indian Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. A picturesque lake like Dry Lake close to Dry Lake is a nice place to take a look at. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Dry Lake has to offer, you can camp at Twin Pines RV Park and Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Rock Creek Reservoir is a great lake near Dry Lake, and do take a hike on the Shoshone Stock Driveway. This lake is so wonderful.
