Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Dipper Lake reach the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are generally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Dipper Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The panorama of Medicine Bow Peak from Dipper Lake is picturesque, and do take a hike on the Medicine Bow Trail. Dipper Lake is a       location that is relatively dried out frequently; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest month of the year is February.
