Dipper Lake is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. North Platte River is a glorious whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Dipper Lake; hiking is a popular thing to do around Dipper Lake; Medicine Bow Trail is a good local trail. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. The Lakes Trail offers hiking at its best; Mirror Lake Campground is       a nice local campground. Be careful coming to Dipper Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. You get a splendid vista of Medicine Bow Peak from Dipper Lake; dry warm beds await you at The Sage And Sand Motel LLC. This lake is so wonderful. Dipper Lake is a spot with many visitors from Laramie, and Dipper Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Silver Lake Campground is a good place to camp nearby. You could also stop at Wiant Reservoir                  if you're here at Dipper Lake; it's nearby, and First Enlargement of Wiant Dam is a place that is near Dipper Lake. Dipper Lake is right by the Circle Trail, and the peaks of the Snowy Range dominate the scenery of this area. Summertime highs at Dipper Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows at Dipper Lake through the wintertime frequently plunge into the 10's.
